Musician and educator Harvey Lockhart hosts the Kranzberg Jazz Jam every first Thursday of the month at the Lewis and Clark Branch. Each jam will feature a performance by some of St. Louis' finest jazz musicians, along with the opportunity for local musicians from the community to participate. Local musicians should bring their instruments. Keyboard and drums will be provided. All ages. Admission is Free and Open to the public.

Wine Down with a twist featuring Danita Mumphard and The Premier PROtainment Band The Wine Down fundraiser, a premier event organized by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Gamma Omega Chapter and the Ivy Alliance Foundation. This fundraiser is an annual event to raise funds for our Educational Advancement Foundation, Alberta Gant/Mattie Harvey Endowment. Funds from this endowment go to fund scholarships for students showing economic excellence and financial need. The Wine Down fundraiser is set to be a sophisticated and memorable afternoon, combining a great selection of wine and bourbon, hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment.
