Keynote speaker will be the Honorable Emanuel Cleaver II, U.S. House of Representatives, 5th District, and member of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. State Celebration Commission. A reception following the program will feature Danita Mumphard and her band. All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for those reserved for program participants and awardees. Admission is free and open to the public.
